Our flexible hoses are mainly intended for machine builders as well as direct maintenance technicians or repair workshops.
They are made in compliance with all applicable standards and we use the latest generation of high-performance machinery with electronic measurements and settings exclusively in our departments.
An indelible manufacturing batch is always affixed to the metal part of the ferrule which, in case of need, allows to go back directly to the specific components of the hose, generating the relative traceability over time.
It is also possible to apply an additional marking based on Customer specifications on request.

Tests and Inspections
We have a test bench for tests with pressures up to 1200 bar equipped with a pneumo-hydraulic pump.
The system pressure is static and pulsed by air-oil pressure multiplier.
Upon request, a test report is issued based on a specific customer request and a consequent certificate of conformity of the product.
